Academia Oportunidad (AO) garantiza cumplir con el programa curricular del Ministerio de Educación de la Rep. Dominicana (MINERD). Las enseñanzas están alineadas a cumplir con las expectativas de aprendizaje gubernamentales.

investigaciÓn

Los estudiantes de Academia Oportunidad (AO) están orientados a disciplinarse en adquirir una cultura de aprendizaje basada en el pensamiento crítico-analítico y metodología de la investigación científica. Sus habilidades especiales matemáticas o verbales serán desarrolladas bajo la lupa de innovadores programas lingüísticos, matemáticos y estadísticos.

tecnologÍa

El uso de una plataforma tecnológica flexible y simple de aplicar tanto en lo administrativo como en lo educativo es vital para el éxito académico del estudiantado y el potencializar de sus altas capacidades. Academia Oportunidad cuenta con los recursos y permisos de Google-Classroom para los aspectos administrativos y pedagógicos. El estudiantado trabajará y aprenderá tecnologías de punta tales como Inteligencia Artificial, Robótica y Big Data.

carÁcter

El modelo de Academia Oportunidad (AO) es lo que podríamos llamar “modelo 50-50”. 50% de los esfuerzos van dirigidos hacia un desarrollo del carácter de forma tal que al final de su escolaridad el estudiante tenga principios éticos-cívicos sólidos, una alta autoestima, respeto por sí mismo y los demás, empatía, responsabilidad y arrojo. Se velará que devenga en una persona íntegra al aprender a distinguir lo correcto de lo incorrecto en su hablar y accionar. Para ello AO cuenta con programas de fondo en formación humana, educación física, música y ajedrez.

Academia Oportunidad students are oriented to discipline themselves in acquiring a learning culture based on critical-analytical thinking and scientific research methodologies. Their special math or verbal skills will be developed under the magnifying glass of innovative language composition, mathematics and statistical programs.

The use of a flexible and simple technological platform to apply both administratively and educationally is vital for the academic success of the student body and the enhancement of their high abilities. Academia Oportunidad has Google-Classroom resources and permits for administrative and pedagogical aspects. The students will work and learn cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Robotics and Big Data.

Academia Oportunidad (AO) model is what we could call the “50-50 model”. 50% of the efforts are directed towards the development of character so that at the end of their schooling the student has solid ethical-civic principles, high self-esteem, respect for herself and others, empathy, responsibility and courage. It will be ensured that it becomes a person of integrity by learning to distinguish right from wrong in speaking and acting. For this, AO has basic programs in human formation, physical education, music and chess.
